  7. In a surprise attack Orgrim Doomhammer has destroyed Lothar's
  8. castle and captured him and his advisors. Uther Lightbringer
  9. escaped and made for the woods. But Doomhammers guard already
  10. waited for him.

  12. With a wicked grin the the orc captain raised his axe - and
  13. keeled over! Uther didn't believe his eyes when a score of
  14. orcs and trolls leaped from the trees and attacked the orc
  15. guards! They paid a high price, but eventually his rescuers
  16. managed to defeat the guards. Their leader walked up to Uther
  17. who recogized him immediately. Before him stood Gul'dan.
  18. Gul'dan studied Uther and started to speak.
  19.  
  20. "We'll never be friends, but we are... we have to be allies
  21. now. War Chief Doomhammer has learned of certain... plans of
  22. mine and tried to kill me. Using my magics I barely managed
  23. to escaped with a few of my followers. You don't have to like
  24. this any more than I do, but... we'll have to team up and fight
  25. Doomhammer - or none of us is going to survive this war..."

  27. Uther looked at Gul'dan in surprise and wondered, was this going
  28. to be a new beginning?
